After baby Nahla blessed this world with her smile, Halle went to work with her trainer Ramona Braganza to sculpt the newly glowing mom. The 41-year-old Berry waited the minimum three weeks after Nahla’s natural birth before commencing training. Braganza reports that after the baby was born, Halle was hit with a burst of energy. -
