Now lets think about that.  If the average sandwich is roughly 350 calories, if you lose two pounds you just shaved off 20 sandwiches.  I bring up this example because some people feel that two pounds is not enough when actually it’s a lot and very realistic.  You can definitely lose more through better eating or more exercise but two pounds a week is very healthy and normal.
