About Fashion Designer Bert Keeter and Fashion Editorial by Jeff Linett

Designer Bert KeeterFashion designer Bert Keeter is back at doing what he does best. After a hiatus of several years he has returned to designing sleek, sophisticated and timeless collections fort the women who desire his modern minimalist approach to fashion. Keeter’s important day and evening designs embody the principle established by American designer Halston, “Less is more.” Keeter also designed for Holly Harp, Bill Blass, and Arnold Scaasi. His work with these designers helped develop the sense of spare luxury and elegance so prominent in Keeter’s designs today.

Keeter relies on silhouette and color, combined with luxurious materials. When designing a particular look, Keeter envisions it being an important addition to his client’s wardrobe, a “go to” piece for seasons to come.  Keeter’s Fall 2012/2013 collection expands into luxurious imported French lace beaded in black jet crystals. Evening wool boucle in black shot with lurex and matte sequins is subtle but striking. Sharp edged cocktail dresses are perfect uptown, downtown, Paris or London! Saturated “Ferrari” red and sapphire blue satin-backed crepe create the perfect fluid Red Carpet looks!
