Literally the inspiration for the Fall 2010 collection came from images captured by the Hubble telescope. The galaxy inspired this season’s beading according to Mischka. Depending on when Badgley Mischka starting designing the collection, one might wonder if the designers had just seen the movie Star Trek. I only say this because of the way the models were styled; long pony tail hairstyles, a ton of metallic in varying pallettes with hues of silver.
As harsh as this may sound, alcohol is first and foremost a poison. The human body has no need for alcohol; so it gets its own category in terms of calories, digestion, and effects on our body. Thoughts come and go, demanding to be heard. I struggle against them as I hear the sound of birds interrupting the constant drone of ideas coming in and fading out.

So what is bi-polar disorder? It is also known as a “manic-depressive” condition and causes a person to be severely depressed at times and extremely euphoric at others. Both men and women can suffer from bi-polar disorder, and it can hit at any age; but many people seem to start noticing the symptoms in their twenties, although teens have been diagnosed as well. It also appears that approximately 85% of people suffering from bi-polar have a family history of depression.
